Water Cycle Health Assessment Using the Combined Weights and Relative Preference Relationship VIKOR Model: A Case Study in the Zheng-Bian-Luo Region, Henan Province

Both the natural and social water cycles form part of regional cycle, assessment health cycle provides useful recommendations for resource allocation, urban planning, development.
